Dr. Davis is a participating provider for Medicare, Medicaid (children under 18 years of age), most commercial insurance plans, auto insurance plans, Workman's Compensation, and several managed care Medicare plans. Please assist our office to determine your benefits by bringing your insurance card at the time of your first appointment.
